On its proposed acquisition of Organon, signed on 27 April 2026, the company said approvals had been received for most filings, a few were still pending, and it indicated closure by the fourth quarter of 2026-27. Until then, the two will work as independent entities. The results are unaudited and were reviewed by the statutory auditors, as the filing shows.
