The results notes say the statutory auditors issued an unmodified review report. They also say that on 2 September 2026 the Supreme Court of India allowed an appeal by Nuvama Clearing Services, a subsidiary, setting aside orders of the Securities Appellate Tribunal and a stock exchange committee in matters concerning two trading members. The company says those matters stand concluded in its subsidiary's favour.
What It Means
For shareholders and clients of the group, the filing is the company's own account of its second-quarter earnings. It shows profit and revenue higher than a year earlier and slightly lower than the quarter before.
The planned investments in the two subsidiaries are approvals by the board, to be made in one or more tranches. The filing sets a ceiling on each, not a final amount.
The full results, the earnings release and the auditors' review report are in the company's filing with the National Stock Exchange.
