The National Company Law Tribunal's Allahabad Bench, sitting at Prayagraj, has admitted Megma RFID and Labels Private Limited, a Noida-based company, into the corporate insolvency resolution process. According to a public announcement dated 2 November 2026 and published through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), the company's creditors must submit their claims with proof by 13 November 2026.

What Happened

The tribunal ordered the start of the insolvency process on 26 October 2026 in case C.P. (IB)/75/ALD/2025, the announcement says. The interim resolution professional, the official who takes over the company's management during the process, received a copy of the order by email on 31 October 2026.

The company was incorporated on 27 January 2015 and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Its registered office is at A-4, Phase II, Noida, in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The announcement estimates that the insolvency process will close on 24 April 2027.

Under the announcement, financial creditors, such as lenders, must file their claims by electronic means only. All other creditors may file in person, by post or by electronic means. Claims go to the interim resolution professional at the correspondence address and email given in the announcement. The announcement warns that submitting false or misleading proofs of claim attracts penalties. It states that no separate classes of creditors have been identified.

An admission into the insolvency process is not a finding of fraud or mismanagement. It is a court-supervised process in which creditors try to agree a plan to revive the company or recover their dues.

What It Means

Anyone owed money by Megma RFID and Labels, including lenders, suppliers, employees and workmen, should file a claim with proof before the 13 November 2026 deadline. The claim forms are available on the IBBI website at https://ibbi.gov.in/home/downloads, as the announcement states. The interim resolution professional will collate the claims and form a committee of creditors, which decides the company's future during the process. A creditor who misses the deadline risks being left out of the early stages of that process.
