DPDP Act 2023 · Right to Erasure
Erase my data
Enter the email address you used to submit your enquiry. We'll send a one-time confirmation link to that email. Clicking the link will null-out your personal data (name, email, phone, address) from our records.
What gets erased
- Your name, email, phone, city, PIN code, and IP address
- Any product-specific details you provided (loan amount, income, business type, etc.)
What we keep
- A minimal audit log entry with the lead ID, product, dates, and erasure action — no personal data
- This is required under the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and DPDP Act for regulatory inspection
Already shared with a lender?
If your details were shared with a lending partner before your erasure request, our system stops sending you to new partners. The lender holds your data under their own DPDP obligations — to erase your data from their system, email the lender directly (we'll include the contact in our confirmation reply if you ask).
