Shyam EPC Private Limited, a Visakhapatnam-based company, has entered the corporate insolvency resolution process after the National Company Law Tribunal ordered it to begin on 30 October 2026, according to a public announcement published through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Its creditors must submit their claims by 13 November 2026.

What Happened

The corporate insolvency resolution process is the procedure under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in which a company's creditors try to agree on a plan to revive it. An interim resolution professional takes over the running of the company and collects and checks creditors' claims. Admission into the process is not a finding of fraud or mismanagement.

According to the announcement, dated 1 November 2026, Shyam EPC Private Limited was incorporated on 11 November 2022 and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Vijayawada. Its registered office is at Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The announcement does not name the tribunal bench. It gives 29 April 2027 as the estimated date for the process to close.

The announcement calls on all creditors of the company to submit their claims with proof on or before 13 November 2026 to the interim resolution professional. Claims are to be sent to the correspondence address in Visakhapatnam or the email address shyamepccirp@gmail.com, both given in the announcement. The announcement says no classes of creditors have been identified under the relevant provision of the Code, so no authorised representatives are listed.

What It Means

Anyone the company owes money to, such as a lender, a supplier, a contractor or an employee, should file a claim by the deadline to be counted in the process. Financial creditors, such as banks and other lenders, must file their claims electronically only. All other creditors may file in person, by post or electronically. The claim forms are available on the IBBI website at https://www.ibbi.gov.in/home/downloads.

The announcement warns that submitting false or misleading proof of a claim attracts penalties. Every claim must be submitted with proof of the amount owed.
