They also say that force majeure conditions on the long-term LNG supply contract with QatarEnergy continued through the quarter, following armed conflict in the Middle East that began on 28 February 2026, and that the owners' claims for three idle chartered LNG vessels stood at Rs 625.42 crore plus applicable taxes on 30 September 2026.
The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share of face value Rs 10 for 2026-27. The record date and payment date will be announced later.
What It Means
For shareholders, the filing sets out a larger profit on lower revenue, with the company's own notes pointing to the waived dues, the supply disruption and the vessel claims as items affecting its accounts. The company has not yet fixed the record date for the Rs 7 dividend, so shareholders should watch for its next exchange filing.
