MTAR Technologies Limited reported net profit of Rs 59.83 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, against Rs 4.25 crore in the same quarter a year earlier, according to its filing with the National Stock Exchange. Revenue from operations was Rs 406.77 crore. The board approved the unaudited results on 29 October 2026.

What Happened

The company said in the filing that its board approved the unaudited results and the limited review reports for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. The filing gives standalone figures only. It says no consolidated statements are required, because two wholly owned subsidiaries have now merged into the company.

The merger is the other disclosure in the filing. The company said the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench-II, approved on 28 October 2026 a scheme of amalgamation of Gee Pee Aerospace and Defence Private Limited and Magnatar Aero Systems Private Limited with the company, with effect from 1 April 2025. It said it has accounted for the merger under the "pooling of interests" method and has restated the figures for all past periods in the results. It said the impact of the restatement is not material.

On that restated basis, revenue from operations was Rs 406.77 crore, against Rs 135.59 crore a year earlier, an increase of 200.0%, and Rs 360.72 crore in the previous quarter, an increase of 12.8%.

Net profit was Rs 59.83 crore. That compares with Rs 4.25 crore a year earlier, a rise of 1,309.5%, and Rs 50.23 crore in the previous quarter, a rise of 19.1%. Basic earnings per share were Rs 19.45, against Rs 1.38 a year earlier.

For the half year, revenue from operations was Rs 767.49 crore and net profit was Rs 110.06 crore.

What It Means

The filing shows much higher revenue and profit than the same quarter last year. The size of the year-on-year change reflects a low base: the year-earlier quarter's profit was Rs 4.25 crore on revenue of Rs 135.59 crore, as restated.

The company's results are now reported on a single standalone basis after the merger took effect. Readers who want the full statements, balance sheet and cash flow can read the company's filing on the National Stock Exchange website.
