What It Means
A quarterly result is the company's own account of its performance for three months. The filing shows revenue and profit both higher than in the same quarter last year and in the preceding quarter. A limited review is lighter than a full audit, and these results are marked unaudited.
Shareholders who hold the shares on the record date, 6 November 2026, are eligible for the interim dividend of Re 1 per share. The full results, with the segment and balance sheet statements, are in the company's filing on the National Stock Exchange website.
