Jet Freight Logistics Limited has told the National Stock Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) summoned it to produce documents and furnish information. The company said it received the summons on 2 November 2026. It filed a revised disclosure on 6 November 2026, replacing an earlier intimation dated 3 November 2026.

What Happened

Jet Freight Logistics said in a filing with the National Stock Exchange that SEBI issued the summons under Sections 11(2), 11C(2) and 11C(3) of the SEBI Act, 1992. These provisions let the regulator call for documents and information as part of an investigation.

According to the filing, SEBI has appointed an Investigating Authority and directed the company to produce certain documents and furnish information as set out in the summons. The company said the request relates to disclosure made in its financials.

The company said it is in the process of providing the documents, clarifications and details SEBI has asked for. It said it will extend its full cooperation to the regulator.

The filing states that no communication has been received from SEBI about any violation or contravention committed or alleged to be committed. The company also said that, at present, the summons has no material impact on its financials, business operations or other activities.

The company said the revised intimation adds the details required in the prescribed format under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. It said it will make further disclosures if there are material developments.

What It Means

A summons to produce documents is a step in a regulator's inquiry. It is not an order, and it is not a finding that the company broke any rule. The filing itself says that no violation has been communicated to the company.

For shareholders, the filing is the company's own account of what it received and how it has responded. The company has said it will disclose any material development to the stock exchanges, and such disclosures are published on the exchange's website.

Investors who want to raise a complaint against a listed company can do so through SEBI's SCORES portal at https://scores.sebi.gov.in.

This report is based only on the company's filing. SEBI has not published anything about the summons in the document reviewed.
