Gabriel India Limited reported consolidated net profit attributable to its shareholders of Rs 123.1 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27), up 15.4% from the same quarter a year earlier, according to the company's filing with the National Stock Exchange. Revenue from operations rose 22.9% to Rs 1,608.0 crore. The board also declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.15 per share.

What Happened

The company's board approved the unaudited results at a meeting on 30 October 2026, the filing says. The figures below are consolidated, and the filing's table is in Rs million, converted here to crore.

Revenue from operations was Rs 1,608.0 crore, against Rs 1,308.3 crore in the September 2025 quarter (up 22.9% year on year) and Rs 1,425.7 crore in the June 2026 quarter (up 12.8% quarter on quarter).

Net profit attributable to shareholders was Rs 123.1 crore, against Rs 106.7 crore a year earlier (up 15.4%) and Rs 107.4 crore in the previous quarter (up 14.7%). Earnings per share were Rs 6.80, compared with Rs 6.01 a year earlier. For the half year, revenue from operations was Rs 3,033.7 crore and net profit attributable to shareholders was Rs 230.5 crore, against Rs 2,542.7 crore and Rs 212.0 crore in the first half of the previous year.

The filing says the figures for earlier periods have been restated. This follows a composite scheme of arrangement, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal on 11 May 2026, under which the automotive undertaking of the company's holding company was transferred to Gabriel India. The restated comparatives for that undertaking were furnished by management and were not subjected to limited review.

The filing also records two acquisitions. On 21 July 2026 the board approved buying a 28.99% stake in HL Mando Anand India Private Limited from the company's promoter and holding company for Rs 2,231 crore. The company paid Rs 1,881 crore by issuing equity shares to the promoter on a preferential basis and Rs 350 crore in cash. It also bought shares of HL Klemove India Private Limited for USD 98.44 million, completed on 25 August 2026. Both are accounted for as investments in associates.

The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.15 per share of face value Re 1. The record date is 6 November 2026, and the dividend is to be paid on or before 28 November 2026.

What It Means

The filing shows higher revenue and profit than in both comparison quarters, with the consolidated figures including a share of profit from associate companies. Because the earlier periods have been restated for the scheme, the year-on-year changes here compare like with like only to the extent the restatement allows.

Shareholders on the company's register on 6 November 2026 are eligible for the interim dividend, per the filing. The full results, notes and ratios are in the company's filing with the National Stock Exchange.
