Fractal Analytics Limited reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 79.2 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27), up 138.6% from Rs 33.2 crore in the same quarter a year earlier, according to its filing with the National Stock Exchange. Its board approved the unaudited results on 3 November 2026. Revenue from operations rose 19.8% to Rs 956.5 crore from Rs 798.5 crore.

What Happened

The results were reviewed by the statutory auditors, B S R & Co. LLP, under the listing rules. The figures below are consolidated.

Against the previous quarter, ended 30 June 2026, revenue from operations rose 4.8% from Rs 912.5 crore, and net profit rose 9.5% from Rs 72.3 crore. Other income was Rs 28.8 crore in the latest quarter. The company's share of the loss of its associate, Qure.ai Technologies Private Limited, was Rs 23.2 crore.

For the six months to 30 September 2026, revenue from operations rose 19.9% to Rs 1,869 crore from Rs 1,559 crore, and net profit rose 113.7% to Rs 151.5 crore from Rs 70.9 crore.

In a press release filed with the exchange, the company said revenue in its healthcare and life sciences business grew 79% year on year and its banking, financial services and insurance business grew 30%. It said its adjusted EBITDA margin was 16%, and that quarterly revenue crossed $100 million for the first time.

The board also approved the winding up of Analytics Vidhya Inc., a step-down subsidiary. The company said this will simplify the group's corporate structure and reduce compliance and administrative overheads, without any adverse impact on ongoing business operations.

What It Means

For shareholders, the filing shows profit growing much faster than revenue, both against last year and against the previous quarter. The year-ago quarter's figures were approved by the board but were not reviewed by the auditors, the filing notes, because the company's shares were listed only on 16 February 2026. The filing reports results; it does not give any forecast.
