Ten camps will run between 3 November and 27 November, each from 11 am to 4 pm. Pensioners can get their life certificate verified on the spot.
What Happened
The Pr. CCA said the Jeevan Praman camps will be held at its office at Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan, Prasad Nagar, New Delhi, at an extension counter at Eastern Court, Janpath, and at MTNL and BSNL exchange buildings across Delhi NCR. A life certificate is the yearly proof that a pensioner is alive, which keeps the pension flowing.

- 6 November: Laxmi Nagar MTNL Exchange Building, Delhi
- 10 November: Nehru Place MTNL Exchange Building, New Delhi
- 13 November: MTNL Exchange Building, Sector-6 Dwarka, Delhi
- 16 November: MTNL Exchange Building, Sector-3 Rohini, Delhi
- 18 November: MTNL Exchange Building, Janakpuri, New Delhi
- 20 November: CSC BSNL Exchange Building, Sector-12 Gurugram

What It Means
Telecom pensioners in Delhi NCR can pick the camp and date that suit them. According to the release, the camps will offer training on submitting a digital life certificate at www.jeevanpramaan.gov.in and on using the Jeevan Praman Face Authentication app. Pensioners can also submit KYP (Know Your Pensioner) forms and raise grievances and queries.
For the KYP form, the release asks pensioners to bring one photograph and a copy of their Aadhaar card, PAN card or PPO (pension payment order, the document that sets out a pension). Pensioners should carry the relevant documents for on-the-spot verification of the life certificate.
The release says pensioners who have already submitted their life certificate need not attend the camps for that purpose.
