Dixon Technologies (India) Limited said in a filing with the National Stock Exchange that its consolidated revenue from operations rose 46.7% to Rs 21,793.64 crore in the July-September 2026 quarter (Q2 FY27), while net profit attributable to its owners fell 48.7% to Rs 343.66 crore. The board approved the unaudited results on 30 October 2026.
What Happened
The figures below are consolidated, as given in the company's results table for the quarter ended 30 September 2026.
Revenue from operations was Rs 21,793.64 crore, against Rs 14,855.04 crore in the same quarter a year earlier (up 46.7%) and Rs 15,547.66 crore in the previous quarter (up 40.2%).
Net profit attributable to the owners of the company was Rs 343.66 crore, against Rs 670.00 crore a year earlier (down 48.7%) and Rs 663.42 crore in the previous quarter (down 48.2%). Total net profit for the period, which also includes the share of non-controlling interests, was Rs 410.87 crore, against Rs 745.70 crore a year earlier and Rs 717.83 crore in the previous quarter. Profit before tax was Rs 532.35 crore, against Rs 923.59 crore a year earlier. Other income was Rs 68.73 crore, against Rs 495.74 crore a year earlier. Basic earnings per share were Rs 67.44, against Rs 123.60 a year earlier.
For the half year ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations was Rs 37,341.30 crore, against Rs 27,690.70 crore a year earlier. Net profit attributable to the owners was Rs 1,007.08 crore, against Rs 894.97 crore.
The company's notes say the statutory auditors expressed an unmodified review conclusion. They also say the figures are not comparable with the year-earlier periods because the lighting business was transferred to a joint venture with effect from 1 August 2025.
One note says a subsidiary has recognised incentive income under the Production Linked Incentive scheme of Rs 1,110.06 crore that remains receivable as at 30 September 2026, pending formal determination and disbursement by the Project Management Agency. The subsidiary has also recognised a liability to its customer of Rs 576.95 crore on the same incentive. The company says it continues to pursue the incentive.
The filing also says shareholders approved a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for FY 2025-26 at the annual general meeting on 28 September 2026, and that the board appointed an additional director as executive director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
What It Means
The filing shows two things moving in opposite directions: sales grew sharply compared with both earlier periods, while profit attributable to owners was roughly half of what it was a year ago and in the previous quarter. Shareholders can read the company's notes on the lighting transfer and the incentive receivable for context on the comparison, since the company itself says the periods are not directly comparable.
The results are unaudited and have been reviewed, not audited, by the statutory auditors. The full filing is available on the National Stock Exchange's website and on the company's website.
