BLS International Services reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 972.7 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27), up 32.0% from a year earlier, according to the company's filing with the National Stock Exchange. Net profit attributable to the owners of the company was Rs 186.3 crore, up 6.3% year on year.

What Happened

BLS International, which runs visa and consular services and digital services, said its board approved the unaudited results on 3 November 2026. The figures below are consolidated and in rupees, converted from the lakh figures in the filing.

Revenue from operations was Rs 972.7 crore, against Rs 736.6 crore in the September 2025 quarter (up 32.0%) and Rs 890.5 crore in the June 2026 quarter (up 9.2%).

Net profit attributable to owners was Rs 186.3 crore, against Rs 175.2 crore a year earlier (up 6.3%) and Rs 190.1 crore in the previous quarter (down 2.0%). Profit for the period, before the share of non-controlling interests, was Rs 201.7 crore. Basic earnings per share were Rs 4.52, against Rs 4.26 a year earlier and Rs 4.62 in the previous quarter.

By segment, visa and consular services revenue was Rs 509.8 crore, against Rs 458.6 crore a year earlier (up 11.2%). Digital services revenue was Rs 462.8 crore, against Rs 278.0 crore (up 66.5%).

For the half year ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations was Rs 1,863.2 crore, against Rs 1,447.2 crore a year earlier (up 28.7%).

The filing says the group bought 100% of Atyati Technologies Private Limited on 2 July 2026 for Rs 145.8 crore, net of contingent consideration, so the quarter is not comparable with the earlier period. It also says that on 28 September 2026 the boards of Atyati and its parent subsidiary approved the sale of Atyati's joint liability group financial lending business to another company by a slump sale, subject to approvals. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified conclusion on a limited review of the results.

What It Means

For shareholders and anyone tracking the company, the filing shows revenue growing faster than profit attributable to owners over the year, with the digital services segment growing fastest. The filing notes that the acquisition adds to the current quarter's numbers but not to the year-ago quarter's, so the year-on-year revenue comparison includes the new business.

These are unaudited figures, reviewed but not audited by the statutory auditors. The full results are in the company's filing with the National Stock Exchange.
